Well, I woke up to news I didn't expect at all. 4000 Miles is not being rescheduled due to conflicts and I got a credit voucher in my email. I was really doing something bold for myself when I booked tickets before the pandemic which we all wish never happened. Timothee has so many prime acting years ahead of him that I'm sure there will be other plays to see. But what a total bummer!!! I would have held onto that ticket for years more if the play was still going forward. So sorry to everyone who bought tickets. I feel your pain!

While this is extremely disappointing, it shouldn't come as a shock. I'm very sad, but, one day, he'll return to the stage either in London or perhaps on Broadway.

I know all parties tried to make it happen, but they just couldn't schedule it due to a lot of unknown factors. Everyone is bummed out just like the fans. I remember the chaos that Tracy went through on Thanksgiving week to get these tickets. Our money had been long spent, many of us couldn't get a refund on the airfare, had to use it for another trip. I just feel bad for everyone. |

It's a shame but I do think they tried their hardest to make it happen. I'm sure it was due to scheduling conflicts. He's just going to be too busy filming Dune 2 and possibly (hopefully) Going Electric after that. I do feel bad for people who had tickets, but what can you do? These things happen unfortunately. I just look forward to seeing him in his future projects. And yes, maybe 1 day that will include another play. You never know.

I'm very disappointed, too. I was waiting for this play happily and never happen. I hope in another play in London one day.

I remember the trouble you guys went through for refunds I think. I got everything for the trip refunded in 2020 including British Airways. But you needed to get a person on the phone. I was very fortunate but so disappointed.
Timothee is in such high demand as a film actor right now that I can see that type of work taking up the remainder of his 20s and 30s with theater mixed in somewhere down the road.
Of course, after I say that, there'll be suprise news tomorrow "coming to the West End in 2023..." But seriously based on what we know he is filming next, the earliest new theatre work is likely 2024 and afterwards.
I have a feeling we will also hear another film announcement later this year that is in addition to Going Electric.
