With Timmy's post for the Dune teaser trailer today on Instagram, I looked at one of this last posts, the one with all the abusive comments, and noticed that Emily Ratajkowski is following Timmy and vice versa. I almost bumped into her when she went through security at the Spirit Awards that I worked at in Feb 2018. So I think that's where she first met Timmy. Anyhoo, it just dawned on me how similar she looks to Joan Baez and if she can sing, she would be a good Baez for Going Electric.   |

So on a website someone mentioned that a fan asked Timothee about when this would start filming and he said it was on hold for the moment and he didn't know when it would start filming. Makes sense it is still unknown.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering myself when it was going to start filming. I had a feeling they still didn't know with everything still up in the air.

So much filming is on hold indefinitely until shit is straighten out with Covid-19. Look what has happened with Rob Pattinson and Batman.

Going Electric has a new title, and I like it! A Complete Unknown will go into production sometime in 2023.

Director James Mangold says that Timmy will do his own singing in A Complete Unknown, and it will start filming in August! It should be on track for Cannes or Venice next year.

James Mangold is such an exciting director right now. I can't wait to see his Indiana Jones movie in June. Timothee sure knows how to work with great critically acclaimed directors which we know he is passionate about. If A Complete Unknown begins filming in August, I suspect we won't hear about any new projects until later this year or 2024. And more singing from Timothee! I would love to have been a fly on the wall on the Dune 2 set and hear Timothee and Austin Butler trade stories about music.

I'm sure Austin probably spoke to Timmy about his preparation for Elvis and the singing and speaking voice he adopted for Elvis. Although film of Unknown will begin in August, we could still learn about new projects coming up for Timothée. I'm particularly curious about if AppleTV+ will 'call Timmy'. |
