Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!! I have been listening to the part one sound track while I write in my journal, or am working out. This movie has become one of my top favorites.....Let the count down begin!

I'm happy about the earlier opening. Yes, it works out great for Dune. With Disney canceling the Blade release date, Warner Brothers immediately shifted Dune, a smart move. This also gives breathing space for Wonka when it's release in mid-December 2023. |

I heard that Dune 2 filming has finished in Budapest but apparently hasn't started in Jordan yet. So sounds as if he's on a break in between filming locations.
I saw this posted on Tumblr:
@silvyysthings I read somewhere that filming was supposed to start in November but that Tim wasn't expected for ten days.

He will be filming through mid-December, I believe. So if he's on a short break, I hope it's fun and restful.

I can't believe almost one year from now we will be in the front rows of a theatre witnessing another cinematic masterpiece. Even though I know how the story ends, I can't wait to see how the action unfolds onscreen. The sandworm visuals just blew me away in the first movie that felt otherworldly and alien. Maybe we will get some teaser posters and trailer soon!

We'll see the conclusion of the Dune book, and I'm confident it will be even more spectacular than Dune, Part I. And don't get me started on the Double Timmy feature with Wonka a month later. |

I totally agree with you! Also, I'd love to see if we the fans can support the box office sufficiently for Dune: Messiah.
And on Wonka, I love Christmas and holiday films. And after Halloween, I of course like chocolate haha. I am hoping that we get a new holiday classic and this one with Timothee!

I'm glad with this decision. Dune Part I really benefitted from the hype out of Venice that gave the film the publicity it needed to do as well as it did. Part 2 doesn't need the hype.
