We totally need a separate thread to talk about the beautiful stylish hip clothes that Timothée wears. What's so exciting about him is that although most of his fans here at CC are women, his style appeals to ALL his fans. I should have started this two weeks ago with his Berlutti suit that he wore at TIFF. But I'll add some images from them shortly. We'll start this thread off with this cool complimentary article on Timmy's choice of style at San Sebastian.
I really can't stress how handsome Timmy looked at TIFF when I saw him in person just over two weeks ago. So many of us in the crowd had our breath taken away. He was perfect... and dammit, I think he knew it too. Bless his heart.
And the next day in Toronto at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association party (the Golden Globes group) at TIFF, he wore a material that I truly believe should be renamed, 'Chalamet', instead of mere "velvet". LOL! I mean, look at the damn detail of the lighter green stripe on the side of his pants. This boy... ♥

I love his style, he's so cool and so good at wearing different styles. He can go from boy next door to high fashion model. Also, he is bold in his choices and that's great, no boring stuff ever. I liked the suit he wore last night but I wish the fit (?) was a bit better. I think Haider Ackerman remains the best when it comes to how his suits fit Timmy's body. The suit he wore at TIFF... there are no words, it was really perfect. I always say he looked like a rockstar. I liked the outfit he wore at the HFPA party too. The green lines on the pants are a great way to make them not boring. And I really really wish we could have seen him without the jacket too, because there was some green line on the shirt too that pocked out of the jacket and I'm still bammed we didn't get to see it all.
Here's another article praising his latest looks, from Vogue.
This is what I wrote about Timmy's suit tonight at the Governor's Ball where they give out honorary Oscars.
Timothée looked absolutely gorgeous. I love him in black. He should wear a black suit throughout the awards season. It ages him (5 yrs), and when he's up on stage, he will give off an air of maturity that will grab the immediate attention of viewers. #BlackSuits #Oscars2019 👇🏽
I love what Timmy wore last night (Armie too). I was never one into fashion, but I must say, I LOVE seeing what Timmy is going to be wearing on the red carpet/award shows. He is so NOT boring and I love that. And his hair, when he lets the curls show and the waviness, he looks really good and it makes him look a bit older, more mature. I wasn't into his hair for the Steve Colbert interview - the straight, flatter look. He just looks about 15 when his hair is like that. But loved his whole look last night!
Thanks for the find! I'm sharing the bit on Timmy here:
Why: The crown of style couldn’t but go to the young but brilliant Timothée Chalamet, a “Beautiful Boy” both on the screen with his latest film and in reality. You could already dedicate pages of books to the elegance and spontaneity with which Timothée Chalamet wears the evening outfits on the red carpet at only 22 years old. If at the beginning of the year he enchanted us with the total white look by Berluti at the Academy Awards, Timothée then continued to amaze us in every public appearance where he flaunted everything, from full-flowered and colorful suits by Alexander McQueen to the total red one by Virgil Abloh for Louis Vuitton, up to the Haider Ackermann’ suit with embroidery and cut-out worn at the last Governors Awards. Not to mention the photos released by I-D VICE along with his interview, carried on by Harry Styles himself! That’s why we should call him by his name, that is king of the male fashion icons of 2018!
