Still not clear if the French Dispatch will be released this year, or next. Glad he's finished with this as I'm so excited about him working on Dune.

I am excited about The French Dispatch but even more excited about Dune at this very moment since my plane just landed after I read an additional 200 pages of the book Haha. And still 500 to go ...

Anderson is not sure of the release day for Dispatch, but it could come out by year's end.

Timmy would have three films out by year's end if Dispatch gets a 2019 release date.

That is so quick, I wonder if it will happen! I thought it might premiere at Cannes next year as I didn't think it would be ready this year. I have heard some say they thought it would premiere at Berlin.
I am curious what will be after Dune for Timmy - haven't heard anything yet so hopefully he will have something lined up for filming in 2020. Dune is going to be 2 movies right, but I would imagine they would wait and see how the first movie does in Nov 2020 and if it does well, than film movie #2 in 2021?
