Love this pic and can't wait for the trailer tomorrow. Timothee looks so different and older!

The photo looks great and the poster is very creative. I am really looking forward to this film with such a large cast. I am curious about the context of Timothee naked in a bathtub on the poster ... but he is a Beautiful Boy who is French playing an Italian. So really a no brainer!

My name, Simone, is the name of the character being played by Léa Seydoux in story #2 "The Concrete Masterpiece" in The French Dispatch. I'm so excited!!! Playlist breaks down the synopsis of each story, but here we'll focus on Timmy's vignette, "Revisions to a Manifesto": I think Timmy's friend, Stephane Bak, is in this vignette too. I was curious if the budget was announced yet for this. Everywhere I see says $25 million. So just over qualifying for the Spirit Awards, which the max is $22.5. Dang, oh well. Maybe that will not end up being the final budget.
I love Timothee's look in this movie. And the fact he gets to be in something funny and quirky is great. He so often is in dramas and this looks soooo different.

So Cannes could be cancelled too, if the virus keeps spreading. Looks like they'll wait until April and then make a decision.

Needless to say, The French Dispatch will most likely be postponed too from it's July release date.

I think it's a bit early to say The French Dispatch will be postponed from its release date. I mean true, no one knows how long this will last but still, it's 4 months away. I guess I'm just trying to be optimistic.

Cannes is officially postponed until end of June or July due to the virus in France. The movie is scheduled for release for July in the United States so I am not sure whether the release dates all get changed at this time or stay put.

Not surprised. Good date for Awards season I can't even imagine what Award season will even look like this year/early next year. So many postponements, many till 2021. Odd year to say the least. Hard to even think about it or even care at this point with what is going on.
